Touch is very important part of our daily lives. In fact it’s the strongest point of our daily lives. In fact it's the strongest point of communication we have. It’a way for us to convey our feelings, to reach out, to comfort. For most of us, it’s something that we do unconsciously… a pat on the back to say well done, a hug to comfort or just to say hello. But the strongest element to touch has undoubtedly got to do with its power to relax and heal.
Massage is something that we are most familiar with and choose to pamper ourselves with from time to time. Massage not only serves to relax but also helps tone the body, stimulates circulation and releases tension and discomforts. It addresses the skin, blood and lymphatic systems as well as the limbic and nervous system.
